In the beginning of the year we learned that ULTA Beauty would be coming to the Downtown Pleasant Hill shopping center and the signage is now up as they get closer to opening. Although Vitamin Shoppe closed in downtown Walnut Creek this spring, the multi billion dollar vitamin and nutritional supplement market is still booming. Do you take any vitamins/nutritional supplements or do you believe they have no effect? I take vitamin D and L. reuteri probiotics. I feel good but maybe it’s just a placebo effect?

NBC Bay Area news reported that an 18th month old toddler left in a car yesterday in Moraga has died.

Investigators have determined the child was inadvertently left in a vehicle Tuesday afternoon for an extended period of time by a family member, according to the Moraga Police Department. Police said it was about 80 degrees outside when officers arrived on scene.
