The back-to-back NBA Champion Golden State Warriors are enhancing their dance team program to include a new Senior Dance Team, it was announced today. Auditions are open to anyone 55 years of age or older as of October 1, 2018.

Orinda Theatre Square
Earlier this summer we learned that a new baby food subscription service called Square Baby would be opening a retail shop in Orinda Theatre Square and they have now opened. Just in time for the end of a hot summer the ice cream on a stick shop Popbar recently opened at the Veranda shopping center in Concord. Check out their menu here. Cool Tea Bar, which opened last summer in Danville, has been renamed Koala Tea Cafe. In addition to boba drinks they now offer sweet and savory crepes, ice cream, coffee, slushies and smoothies. I had a simple root beer float for $3.50 which was well worth it on a hot summer day!
