We offer fun hour long classes (and 45-minute lunch classes) seven days per week at convenient times spread throughout the day. Classes are a mix of ballet, Pilates, weight training, and cardio! Our main mission as a studio is to allow you to be apart of a supportive community while providing you with all of the tools to reach your health and fitness goals. We also offer health coaching, and also sell cute fitness apparel in the studio. Privates are also offered at extremely affordable prices too!
Our instructors share a love and passion for barre and its’ benefits and can’t wait to share it with more and more people in the community. They have all been thoroughly trained in barre, and come from a vast variety of backgrounds that enable each class to be unique. The signage is up for the eagerly anticipated tapas restaurant Teléferic Barcelona but there will be no December opening as that has been pushed back to January according to Diablo Dish which notes that there will be, “two bars, one outdoor on the main patio and one in the main dining area, as well as three dining areas”.

I remember waiting in line for hours to see Return of the Jedi as a kid and now the biggest movie to hit the screens in years, Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens is debuting today at thousands of theaters around the world. The opening day of the new STAR WARS movie is on Thursday (12/17/15) and will be shown at the Century Theater in downtown Walnut Creek. In anticipation to a sold out attendance for every showing, the Walnut Creek Police Department is taking a proactive approach to make sure those attending have a safe and enjoyable experience. The Walnut Creek Police Department will have officers specifically assigned to monitor the activities associated with the opening of STAR WARS to deter crime and ensure pedestrian/traffic safety.
