1491 Newell Ave, Walnut Creek
George’s Giant Hamburger, located in the Terrace Shops center on Newell Ave. in Walnut Creek has a new owner who has applied for an alcohol license to serve beer and wine. Some other changes are the inclusion of new menu items such as the Bulgogi burger, made with thinly sliced rib eye steak marinated in sweet soy sauce, as well as a chicken salad sandwich. They also now accept credit cards. The meat is still ground on-site daily like it always has been for the past 30 years. Check out their menu here and Facebook page here.
