First came iTea, followed by Teapot, which was replaced by QQ Tea which is now becoming Li Cha Tea Taiwan Bubble Tea, a “famous Taiwanese franchise”, at Broadway Pointe in downtown Walnut Creek.

Thanks to a reader for pointing out that New Zealand-based men’s retailer Rodd & Gunn is coming to Broadway Plaza in downtown Walnut Creek. Note that the photo above may not be the space they will be in. (Industrious will have a staircase in one of those spots.) Check out their online selection here.
