The Bedford Gallery in downtown Walnut Creek is back with a new exhibit (advanced tickets required) called Bird, Nest Nature, on display through February 7th. You can also view the online exhibit gallery here.

Bedford Gallery is thrilled to reopen to the public on Tuesday, October 13 with the juried and invitational exhibition Bird, Nest, Nature. Juried by Jeffrey De Blois, Assistant Curator, ICA Boston and Rebecca Lowery, Assistant Curator, MOCA Los Angeles, the exhibition includes over 150 local, national and international artists inspired by the exquisite beauty of creatures of flight. Following guidelines outlined by Contra Costa Health Services, indoor museums, including our gallery, can reopen as of September 29. The health and safety of our visitors is our top priority; please read our new safety procedures below or visit bedfordgallery.org/safety to learn more.
Broadway Plaza, Walnut Creek
The French goods store, Decors de France, which used to be located at Broadway Plaza many years ago, is relocating from its various downtown Walnut Creek locations back to Broadway Plaza where Papyrus used to be. In fact, this is quite close to where they were originally located, right near Nordstrom. Check out their online shop here. This is a really great shop so if you find yourself in the area, definitely check them out!

We have traveled to France numerous times, and saw the need for authentic french made products in the US, so we decided to open up shop. We sell a large collection of items ranging from french made tablecloths, to organic french made soap.
While strolling in downtown Walnut Creek over the weekend I happened upon a large contingent of people celebrating Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ win in downtown Walnut Creek at the corner of Civic Park. Lots of honking and cheering as cars drove past.
