Forever Yogurt + Bee & Tea temporarily closed back in October in Walnut Creek at the corner of N. Main St. and Geary Rd. and thanks to a reader for sending word that they are back in new form with Juice Zone Bee & Tea opening soon at this spot. According to their new Facebook page they are a “smoothie, juice, açaí and Boba Tea Shop”. It seems like they’re hitting all the latest crazes but what about poke!?

Check out the giant new digital billboard at Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek next to Macy’s and Starbucks. I didn’t hear any sound although I wonder if it will be added later on? The photo below shows the view from the backside outside the top level parking lot.

Pancoast Pizza is expanding next door in Walnut Creek with an expected opening later this year. Located near Las Lomas High School, they will be doubling their seating capacity, expanding their outdoor patio area, and are planning to include chicken wings and cheese steaks to the menu as well as a new beer tap.
