Thanks to a reader for sending word that the restaurant Sajj Mediterranean, featuring Middle Eastern cuisine, is coming to The Shops At Bishop Ranch (where Target is) in San Ramon. Check out their menu here.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce Flywheel Sports Walnut Creek is officially closing on Thursday, August 29, 2019. Over these last few years, you enabled us to build a strong and thriving community of riders and we could not be more thankful. Our final day of classes at our Walnut Creek studio will be on August 29th. We remain grateful for the support and thank you for being a part of our incredible FlyFam.
Twin Canyon Shopping Center, San Ramon
In the spring we learned that Round Table Clubhouse would be opening where Giuseppe’s used to be at the Twin Canyon Shopping Center in San Ramon and they have now opened. In addition to an arcade this location has an 18-tap self-pour beer wall which looks pretty darn cool. Check out their menu here.
The Veranda, Concord
The restaurant and a video arcade Dave & Buster’s, which earlier this year we learned would be occupying the former Toys “R” Us spot at The Veranda in Concord is opening next month on September 2nd. Check out their Concord web page here for happy hours, weekday specials and local events. I look forward to checking this place out if I can snag a parking spot. 😬

The boba cafe Sharetea is coming soon to Orinda where Sleepy Cat Books used to be, across from the Orinda Theatre Square. Check out their menu here. Anyone know how this compares to iTea in Moraga?

Thanks to a reader for pointing out that the restaurant Fuddruckers is closing across from Target in Walnut Creek on August 18th “due to new redevelopment”. Their Concord and other locations will remain open.
