55 Crescent Dr, Pleasant Hill
The California Greek restaurant Daphne’s has closed in downtown Pleasant Hill on Crescent Dr. Their Walnut Creek location in Ygnacio Plaza where Sports Basement is located is still open.
According to the Pleasant HIll architectural commission it will be replaced by Yalla Mediterranean with proposed changes such as new colors, a new entrance canopy and a new trellis feature.
Dear BtCreek-
Why no restrooms at Heather Farms Parks? Restrooms are across the streets at various other establishments. In lieu of the gigantic new playground there why could they not put in restrooms for the kids?
Are there any public restrooms near the new all abilities playground in Heather Farm Park? I know the Clarke Swim Center has restrooms but they’re not public.
15 Fiesta Ln, Lafayette
The men’s salon 18/8 that we learned would be opening in downtown Lafayette back in June opened this week. Located near the Cooperage, both the outside and inside look great as you can see. Check out the services they offer here. There is a 2 for 1 special deal for new customers for executive style haircuts. Check out photos of the inside below.

Broadway Plaza, Walnut Creek
Last month we learned that the women’s sports clothing store Athleta would be opening in Broadway Plaza in downtown Walnut Creek and they have now opened between Starbucks and the Tesla showroom. Considering that half of Broadway Plaza is closed for redevelopment it’s good to see a new store opening up.
