The heart rate-based gym OrangeTheory Fitness is popping all over the East Bay and beyond with the latest one planned for a new development in Orinda across from the library. According to What’s Up Downtown Orinda, there is a lease pending for the ground level (“14K square feet of ground floor” is available in total) which needs approval from the Planning Department.
