A new yoga studio called Align Yoga that we learned in May would be opening in Pleasant Hill has now opened. Check out details on their studio here and schedule here. I like how they use an, “air filtration system, which combines Hepa filters and ultraviolet light to kill 99% of all harmful bacteria.” They also have showers and offer hot yoga at various temperatures.
