In September we learned that the North Vancouver-based clothing and gear company Arc’teryx would be coming to Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek where Everything But Water used to be, and they have now opened. Check out their online shop here. There’s still 25% off sitewide through today. It’s a small shop but all very high quality goods.
I was holding out hope that Napa-based Heritage Eats, which opened a couple of years ago at Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek, would reopen, but alas, their signage has been taken down, with nary a mention on their website. Their Napa location is still open so check out their menu if you’re in the area. I enjoyed eating here while they were open and they were one of the last places I ate at before the SIP orders closed indoor dining.
The children’s store Hanna Andersson, which opened several years ago at Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek, has closed according to the Broadway Plaza store directory, and their signage has been removed. Check out their online shop here.

The French goods store, Decors de France, which used to be located at Broadway Plaza many years ago, is relocating from its various downtown Walnut Creek locations back to Broadway Plaza where Papyrus used to be. In fact, this is quite close to where they were originally located, right near Nordstrom. Check out their online shop here. This is a really great shop so if you find yourself in the area, definitely check them out!
