Today whilst visiting the farmers market in WC, I noticed the new pavement, (sidewalk), deck outside Residual Sugar. Have we finally succumbed to the Euro lifestyle? With perfect weather for outdoor dining it seems about time. Having visited Le Touquet many, many times and seen how they grab large chunks of the road to extend their restaurants in the summer, I find it very exciting. SO whats happening?
I’ve noticed this not only in Walnut Creek but around Lafayette as well, where parking spots have been turned into outdoor dining patios.
