This may be the longest I have waited to post after learning of a new opening. About ten years ago, I posted about F&M Bank coming to the former Target garden center in Walnut Creek, and it’s finally happening as you can see in the above photo. I wonder if this will be a relocation from their current downtown location on N. Broadway near Mt. Diablo Blvd?
