Plans for a new mixed-use retail/restaurant plus 30 condo unit building are well underway for a prime downtown Walnut Creek spot right between Z Gallerie and Slice House where Walnut Creek Automotive used to be. In addition to the condominiums, the four story building will include 9,000 square feet of retail space, a rooftop restaurant and two levels of underground parking.
