11:00am – 1:00pm | $15Frosty invites you to Walnut Creek on Ice for a morning of skating & fun on Saturday, January 9 from 11am to 1 pm! Children of all ages are encouraged to come visit with your favorite characters like Elsa, Peter Pan, Cinderella and of course, Frosty! Photos and frames provided by Diablo Valley Credit Union,free hot chocolate and giveaways will be part of the festivities.
Guests will enjoy skating on more than 8,000 sq. ft. of ice. Enjoy the ice, rain or shine, made possible by a tent structure partially covering the ice and the best ‘sound & light’ experience on ice! Step into this special winter wonderland right in the center of downtown Walnut Creek. The ice rink will be lit up with twinkle lights, snowflakes, and music.
Prices include skate rental: $11 during non-peak hours & $15 during peak/holiday hours. Prices are the same for children & adults.
Convenient parking is located near Civic Park as well as a drop-off/pick-up zone located on Civic Drive in front of the ice rink! In addition to street & public garage parking, a free shuttle service is offered seven days a week for rides around downtown Walnut Creek to and from the Walnut Creek BART station.
