Earlier this month we saw progress on the ice cream shop CREAM in Concord near Todos Santos Park and they will be having a grand opening this Saturday, March 5th according to their Facebook page here. Also known as Cookies Rule Everything Around Me, CREAM is known for their ice cream sandwiches but also offer ice cream, cookies, brownies, milkshakes, ice cream tacos and more.
