I noticed a For Lease sign by the Dudum Real Estate Group over House of Beads in downtown Walnut Creek on Locust St. Next door Diane’s Bikini is opening up and is currently getting remodeled. If you look at the post I made about Diane’s you’ll notice a Herman Commercial Real Estate sign was used so something apparently changed hence the lease sign over House of Beads, in downtown Walnut Creek since 1994.
