Originally based in Burlingame, Natasha Grasso Jewelry has relocated to the Rheem Valley Shopping Center in Moraga. Although the signage is not up yet this is a permanent location, not a popup. You can find their jewelry at places such as the Getty Museum, California Academy of Sciences, and One Kings Lane. Check out their Facebook page here.
From their website:
Designer Natasha Grasso created her first collection in early 2009 when she was unsuccessful in finding affordable, classic pieces that would enhance her fine jewelry collection and add style to her wardrobe.
” I wanted pieces that would reflect my sense of style without being too trendy, a collection that would go from the office to jeans and a tee and could even hold it’s own in a ball gown!”
As a successful interior designer Natasha used her design skills, took a metalsmithing class and created the first collection of Natasha Grasso Jewelry. What started as a hobby is now a thriving design and manufacturing company. Natasha’s designs are influenced by her extensive travels, and love of art, fashion and design.

Great news for English riders as Dover Saddlery is opening their first northern California store in Rheem Valley Shopping Center in Moraga this Friday. I didn’t realize Moraga was a hotspot for English riding but since Dover Saddlery has a giant mail order operation they knew that there is large demand within 20 miles of Moraga.
Tuesday Morning used to be at this location, I took a look inside and it’s gigantic. They also carry horse-themed clothes so even if you’re not looking for a new English saddle, this is a must see!
From their website:
Founded in 1975 by US Equestrian Team Members, Dover Saddlery is the leading purveyor of quality English horse tack, horse supplies and riding apparel for horse and rider at any level of competition. The stores are stocked with all the products you want and a knowledgeable staff is there to help the customers find exactly what they need. Moraga Produce opened a few years ago in the Rheem Valley Shopping Center in Moraga but it looks like they are mostly closed. According to the Yelp reviews ownership has changed and it’s been closed whenever I dropped by this week. Peering inside (see photo below) it looks like most of the produce is gone. Yet I don’t see any official sign they’re closed and the carts are still outside. Anyone know what’s going on?

In March we learned that a new restaurant called Graze would be replacing Shish Kabab Show in the Rheem Valley Shopping Center in Moraga and Graze has now opened. For now they will be open for lunch Wednesdays through Saturdays and after July 4th they will also open for dinner, noon through 8pm. The owners used to have a restaurant called PAU in Hawaii serving the same dishes (besides the pizza), using fresh, local ingredients. Check out their lunch menu here and drinks menu here. Beer and wine will be available.
