In June I noted the progress on the BRIO apartment complex in Walnut Creek and they are now leasing apartments with pricing details here. One bedrooms (one bath) start at $2,120 for a 667 square foot size and two bedrooms (two baths) start at $3000 for a 1020 square foot size. Check out more photos of the apartments here.
