1050 Contra Costa Blvd, Concord
A new Burmese restaurant called Aung Maylika opened recently on the Concord/Pleasant Hill border. As you can see in the photo below the inside has a separate, private dining section, and they’re planning on having a bar as well in the next few months. You may have noticed my latest Insta post of a sweet mocha-flavored Burmese milk tea. According to the server the tea leaves come from Burma and it tasted delicious, as did the Keema Palatha chicken appetizer. Check out their menu here. I look foward to trying more Burmese dishes at this spot!
