From Moraga School District:
Rheem School followed lock-down procedures at about 1:00 PM today after receiving notice from the Moraga Police Department of police activity near the intersection of Donald Drive and Moraga Road. There is no other information available at this time as to the details of the activity. All Rheem students are accounted for and were not in any immediate danger.
The Moraga Police Department initially reported access along Donald Drive to Rheem School would open at about 1:45 PM. However, at the time of this writing, there is no access or very limited access to Rheem School from Donald Drive. All students are being released from school at the regular Wednesday release time and will be escorted to Ascot Drive.
